1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website www.maxbiju.com and the purchase of products sold by Maxbiju, a company registered in Portugal with tax number 507099060. By accessing and using this website, you are agreeing to the terms described below. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our website.


2. Requirements for Purchases

Purchases at Maxbiju are exclusive to companies, resellers and professionals in the jewelry and accessories sector. To purchase, you must be registered on the website and provide valid information, including your company's CPF number and send us the start of activity.


3. Purchase Process

The purchase is considered completed when the customer completes the checkout process on the website, after choosing the products and confirming the payment.

The order will be validated after payment confirmation, at which point the customer will receive an email with confirmation and the order number.


4. Prices

All prices indicated on the website are in euros (€) and do not include VAT. VAT will be calculated automatically and added at the end of the customer's purchase (includes VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal). The total price will be shown at the end of the purchase, including the shipping cost. Maxbiju has the right to change prices at any time.


5. Stock

Due to the large number of products on our website, there is always the possibility of stock shortages for some items. Should this occur, Maxbiju will contact the customer.

In the event of any product being unavailable, Maxbiju will inform the customer in order to proceed with the respective exchange, partial cancellation or refund of the respective amount paid.


6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. If payment is not confirmed, the order will be canceled.


7. Deliveries and Deadlines

We deliver to mainland Portugal. Delivery times vary according to location, usually between 24 and 72 business hours after shipping.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on weight and delivery location. Maxbiju is not responsible for delays caused by logistical problems of carriers or strikes.


8. Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to exchange or return the products purchased, you have 14 days after receiving the order, the shipping costs of the items for exchange or return will be borne by the customer.

Maxbiju will only accept an exchange if the product is as it was sent, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. In case of signs of use, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer may go to the physical store or send it to the store, within 14 days. Only in case of a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs are covered by Maxbiju.

The product may be picked up by the customer at the physical store or will be sent to him/her when he/she places a new order.


9. Liability

Maxbiju is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper use of the products purchased.
  • Errors on the website resulting from technical problems.
  • Changes in the price or availability of products without prior notice.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, graphics and other elements, are the property of Maxbiju or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.


11. Modification of Terms

Maxbiju reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. All changes will be published on the website and will come into effect immediately after publication.


12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from the use of the website will be resolved in the courts of the district of Porto, Portugal.
