Maxbiju Buying Guide

Welcome to Maxbiju!

This guide will help you make your purchases quickly and easily on our website. Follow the steps below to make your purchase with ease.


1. Registering on the Website

To make purchases on Maxbiju, you must be a B2B customer and have a valid CNPJ (CPF). If you do not have an account yet, follow the steps below:

  • Click on "Register" (the doll) in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Fill in the required fields: name, CPF (CPF), email, telephone, full address and upload of start of activity or permanent certificate.
  • After filling in the data, click on "Continue".
  • You will receive a confirmation email. After our validation, your account will be ready to be used!


2. Browsing the Catalog

  • After registering, log in to your account using the email and password you created.
  • From the main menu, you can access the "Products" section to see all the items available for purchase.
  • Filter the products by category, such as Jewelry, Accessories, Packaging or Displays.
  • Click on the desired product to see more details, including price, description and variation options (such as size or color).


3. Adding Products to the Cart

  • Once you find the product you want to buy, select the quantity and click "Add to Cart".
  • You can continue shopping or click "View Cart" to review your products.
  • If you want to continue shopping, you can go to the categories and add more products to the cart.


4. Checking the Cart

  • When you click "View Cart", you will see a list of all the products you have chosen, including prices, quantities and the total purchase.
  • If necessary, you can adjust the quantity of each product or remove it from the list.
  • Click "Checkout" to continue.


5. Checkout Process

During the checkout process, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Shipping Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct to ensure your order reaches its destination.
  • Payment Method: Choose from the available options (Credit/Debit Card, Multibanco Reference, MB Way, Bank Transfer).
  • Order Review: Please double-check all products and amounts, including shipping fees.
  • Once you have reviewed everything, click "Confirm Purchase".


6. Confirming Payment

  • After selecting your payment method, you will be redirected to the secure payment platform to complete the transaction.
  • If you choose Multibanco Reference or MB Way, you will receive instructions on how to make the payment.
  • If you choose Bank Transfer, you will receive the bank details to make the payment.


7. Order Tracking

  • After confirming your payment, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, including the order number and purchase summary.
  • When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking code so you can track the delivery status.


8. Pickup in Store

If you choose to pick up in store, you will be notified as soon as the order is ready for pickup at our physical store. You can pick up from Monday to Saturday, during business hours.


9. Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to exchange or return the products purchased, you have 14 days after receiving the order. The shipping costs for the items to be exchanged or returned will be borne by the customer.

Maxbiju will only accept an exchange if the product is as it was sent, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If there are signs of use, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

If there is a manufacturing defect, the customer can go to the physical store or send it to the store, within 14 days. Only in the case of a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs are borne by Maxbiju.

The product can be picked up by the customer at the physical store or it will be sent to them when they place a new order.


10. Payment Conditions

We offer several payment options to make your purchase easier. Options include:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • MB Way for fast payments
  • Multibanco Reference for payments in Portugal
  • Bank Transfer (if it is a special purchase or a larger volume)
