1. Who can buy from Maxbiju?

Maxbiju is a store specialized in wholesale (B2B), aimed at professionals in the sector, retailers, and physical and online stores. You must have a valid CPF to make purchases.


2. How do I register on the website?

Click on “Register” at the top of the website and fill in your company details. After verifying your tax information, your account will have to be approved and you can start placing orders once it is approved.


3. Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, we work with a minimum order value to guarantee wholesale conditions, the current value is €50 + VAT.


4. What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Multibanco reference
  • MB WAY
  • Bank transfer
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay


5. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all of mainland Portugal. We work with partner carriers to ensure fast and safe deliveries. The average delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the location.


6. Can I pick up my order at the physical store?

Yes, if you choose to pick up your order at the store, you can pick up your order 24 hours after payment confirmation, during store opening hours. Our store is located at Rua 7 lote 5 nº68 Zona Industrial da Varziela, 485-206 Vila do Conde, and is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Sundays and holidays from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.


7. Do you ship to other countries in the European Union?

No.


8. Is it possible to return or exchange products?

Yes, if you want to exchange or return the products you purchased, you have 14 days after receiving the order. The shipping costs for the items to be exchanged or returned will be borne by the customer.

Maxbiju will only accept an exchange if the product is as it was sent, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If there are signs of use, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

If there is a manufacturing defect, the customer can go to the physical store or send it to the store. There is a 14-day deadline. Only in the case of a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs are borne by Maxbiju.

The product can be picked up by the customer at the physical store or will be sent to them when they place a new order.
