Delivery Conditions
1. Shipping Methods
Maxbiju offers two delivery options to ensure that orders arrive quickly and safely to all our customers in Portugal. Shipping options include:
- Correios (CTT): Shipping via post, with home delivery service.
- Pick-up in store: If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order directly at our physical store at Rua 7 lote 5 nº68 Zona Industrial da Varziela, 485-206 Vila do Conde.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary according to the shipping method chosen and the delivery location:
- Mainland Portugal: Delivery is made within 24 to 72 business hours after the order is shipped.
- Pick-up in store: If you choose pick-up in store, you can pick up your order from 24 hours after payment confirmation, during store opening hours.
Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, holidays or carrier strikes.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the delivery location. The costs will be displayed automatically during the checkout process, before payment confirmation.

- Mainland Portugal: From €5, depending on the weight and volume of the order.
For purchases over €150, shipping is free to Mainland Portugal.
4. Order Tracking
After shipping confirmation, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code to track the progress of their order. You can use this code on the carrier's website to check the location of your order in real time.
5. Delivery Address
It is essential that the delivery information provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Maxbiju is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If your order is not delivered due to an error in the address provided, a new shipping fee will be charged to resend your order.
6. Order Delivery
Upon delivery, the customer must check that the order is in good condition.
7. Reshipment and Refunds
If the order is returned due to a failure in the delivery process (for example, if the recipient is not available or the address is incorrect), Maxbiju will contact you to resolve the issue. An additional shipping cost will be charged to resend the order.
If a product is lost or damaged during transportation, Maxbiju is not responsible.
8. Delivery Limitations
We do not deliver outside of mainland Portugal at the moment. For deliveries to other countries in the European Union or internationally, please contact our customer service for special conditions.

9. Changes in the Delivery Process
Maxbiju reserves the right to change the delivery conditions at any time, without prior notice. Significant changes will be published on the website.
